The Research Department is pleased to introduce The Collection of Essays based on interviews with the winners of the Best Poster award.
The Collection offers the results of the interviews with the winners of the Best Poster award in 2018 and 2019. We are very happy that the best practices of teachers who actively participate in our International Research-to-Practice Conference is being shared in printed form.
The Collection is structured around 5 thematic sections. As part of the interviews conducted in 2019 teachers shared their experience of action research and lesson study, including introduction to action research and lesson study, distinct characteristics and research process, useful insights from conducting the research, impact of research on teacher’s professional activity, experience dissemination and feedback.
The Collection of Essays is in a way a research synthesis, as it combines teacher research, their reflections about their work and a qualitative analysis of their observations.
We hope that this collection will be an important motivator for teachers who conduct action research!
