On January 8–9, 2026, the Research Department of the Autonomous Educational Organization “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” held an online webinar entitled “ECER-2025, WALS-2025: Post-conference”. The webinar aimed to reflect on and disseminate the research experience of NIS staff and teachers who participated in leading international academic conferences in the field of education.

Over the two-day webinar, 22 structured presentations were delivered by teachers from the Intellectual Schools. Participants presented the results of their own research, discussed key ideas and professional feedback received during the ECER-2025 and WALS-2025 conferences, and explored ways to apply the research findings in the educational practice of the Intellectual Schools.

The webinar programme was designed in the format of short presentations and included an overview of the research context, reflections on participation in international conferences, and practice-oriented recommendations for the implementation of research outcomes.

Particular attention was given to the integration of research findings into school-level and institutional practice, the practical actions of teachers, and the role of the AEO’s structural divisions in supporting and further developing research activities.

The reflective webinar formed part of the systematic efforts of the Autonomous Educational Organization “Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools” to develop teachers’ research capacity and to integrate international research experience into the national educational context.
