Announcement of a Grant Competition for Research Project Funding

The Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a call for grant funding of research and scientific-technical projects for 2026–2028. The competition covers priority areas defined in the official documentation, including ecology and environmental management, energy and advanced materials, digital and space technologies, the country’s intellectual potential, life and health sciences, sustainable agro-industrial development, as well as national and biological security.

Applications must be submitted electronically via the information system of JSC “NCSTE” (is.ncste.kz) and must be validated with the digital signatures of the head of the organization and the applicant.

The application period runs from 6 October to 6 November 2025 (inclusive).
