From 13 to 15 November, the CARN Conference the (Collaborative Action Research Network) took place in Klagenfurt, Austria.

Schools from NIS Astana, Semey, and Atyrau, as well as Schools No. 50, 59, 72, and 90 in Astana, participated in the conference.

The teachers not only gained inspiration from international experts but also had the opportunity to learn practical tools and new methodologies aimed at advancing Action Research.

One of the most valuable aspects of the conference was the space for honest, critical feedback that fosters deep reflection and professional growth. The atmosphere was warm, open, and highly motivating, creating an excellent environment for learning and collaboration.

This event is one of the best opportunities for teachers in Kazakhstan to share their Action Research findings, exchange experiences, and gain insights into how to improve teaching and learning conditions in schools.

The schools were also given a significant opportunity to disseminate their practices within the NIS/SHARE project. The ongoing support provided by the project helps cultivate a culture of reflective practice and innovation within the educational community.
